Around ten years ago, one of our clients decided to experiment with a new way of working, and they haven’t looked back since!
Before the change, the majority of the 4th floor was filled with shelves upon shelves of files, taking up a large amount of space. The filing system was often inadequate, resulting in files being misplaced or returned to the wrong locations. Because of the task's nature, the filing was typically handled by temporary workers, which caused further confusion about the whereabouts of the files.
Paperwise stepped in and turned things around!
Over the course of a week, Paperwise organized and gathered the files to be stored in their custom-built storage unit. The space previously used for file storage in the solicitors' office was converted into an additional workspace. As a result, the office now accommodates 8 more workers without expanding the office or significantly increasing costs. Reports indicate that the solicitors have seen a substantial boost in both efficiency and profits.
