"Do i have to remove staples from the paper for shredding?"
Not at all! You can even throw lever arch files and folders into our shredding bags. The shredding machines are very hungry and strong and can easily chew through:

"I have old drawer at home full of old phones and laptops, can you sort these out?"
You'll be glad to know we can. They can be destroyed safely and the materials recycled. We can even recycle the spaghetti of wires and chargers too!
"Can you destroy photos?"
Yes we can. There's not much the shredding machines won't eat!
"Do you offer a bereavement clearance service?"

"I only have 1 bag of shredding. Can you still collect it?"
That's not a problem for us! We can collect even the smallest amounts of confidential waste
"If I had documents in storage how long would it take to retrieve them?"
Retrievals are requested via e-mail and can be delivered by a scheduled delivery, next day, same day or urgent delivery. We can also provide a scan on demand service with delivery by e-mail or through our website, to any location in the UK or worldwide, should you require anything in an emergency.
"How do you destroy my computer?"
We firstly dismantle the computers in house and take the hard drives out to be shredded. The plastics and the casings are removed, the circuit boards are separated, where precious metals like gold, silver and copper are recovered through a heat and chemical process, batteries and any metal casings are further recycled.
"What happens to my confidential waste?"
Your confidential waste is cross-cut shredded and baled. It is then recycled and will eventually become kitchen roll or loo roll!
"Where do you store your documents?"
Documents are stored in our custom designed archive store, meters away from the owner's property.
"I have some documents with extremely sensitive data, can you safely shred this?"

"How much does it cost to buy your shredding sacks?"
Our shredding sacks are free! Take as many as you like and fill them up as much as you can, then arrange a collection with our friendly staff!
"I have loads of envelopes with plastic windows with sensitive details on, can you shred these?"
The shredder machines are always hungry and will happily eat your envelopes even with plastic windows. The amount of plastic is very little and can be separated out during the recycling process!
"I would love to store my documents but I think it will be too expensive"
Document storage isn't as expensive as people think; we can offer document storage solutions for as little as £0.14 a week (that's right, 14p a week)!
